Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days written notice; client owes payment for all work completed and in-progress through the termination date.

Convenience termination is mutual. Upon termination, Zeroth Agents will deliver all completed work product and provide a transition data export. In-progress milestones are billed pro-rata based on documented percent completion.
