All SOWs include a defined communication and escalation protocol: weekly status calls with the project lead, bi-weekly steering committee updates to the executive sponsor, and a defined escalation path for blockers not resolved within 48 hours.

Communication structure prevents issues from festering. If a blocker (access, decision, resource) is not resolved within 48 hours, it is escalated by the Zeroth Agents engagement lead to the client executive sponsor directly. This protocol is documented in the SOW and agreed at kickoff.
