The Contractor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of Contractor Personnel, including hiring, discipline, and performance management.

Contractor is and shall remain responsible for the day to day supervision, control, terms and conditions, hiring, verification of eligibility to work, discipline, performance management, termination, counseling, scheduling, compensation, benefits and other activities, withholdings, health and safety of Contractor Personnel. Contractor acknowledges that neither Contractor nor Contractor Personnel are insured under any Zeroth insurance policy and must rely on their own insurance (if any) or financial resources to satisfy liabilities arising from the Services. Contractor agrees that Zeroth retains the right to refuse to accept Contractor Personnel made available by Contractor to perform Services hereunder.
