Zeroth’s insurance does not extend to Contractor, Contractor’s employees, or contract personnel when under this Agreement so that they are aware they must obtain their own insurance.

Zeroth’s insurance does not extend to Contractor, Contractor’s employees, or contract personnel and confers no rights upon them. Zeroth strongly encourages (but does not require) Contractor to obtain and maintain insurance adequate to cover Contractor’s obligations and potential liabilities under this Agreement. Contractor understands and agrees that Zeroth’s insurance does not extend to Contractor.
