Zeroth Agents will not engage subcontractors with access to client data or systems without prior written client approval; approved subcontractors are bound by equivalent confidentiality and data handling obligations.

Subcontractor control is critical for regulated clients. The approval requirement is a client protection, not just Zeroth Agents policy. All approved subcontractors sign Zeroth Agents' standard subcontractor NDA and DPA before receiving access.
