Contractor retains all rights, title, and interest in Contractor IP created prior to this Agreement, while granting Zeroth a non-exclusive license to use such Contractor IP incorporated into Deliverables for their intended purpose so that Contractor can maintain ownership of pre-existing intellectual property.
