The rights and obligations contained in specific sections of the agreement shall survive termination so that both parties remain bound by certain responsibilities even after the agreement ends.

The Parties’ rights and obligations contained in Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 17 as well as any obligations to make payments of fees accrued or due hereunder prior to termination, shall survive any termination of this Services Agreement. This is the entire Agreement between Contractor and Zeroth. This Agreement may be modified only by a writing signed by both parties.
