Contractor is responsible for the actions and compliance of Contractor Personnel with the requirements of this Agreement so that Zeroth is not liable for any issues arising from Contractor's personnel.

Contractor is responsible for the actions and inactions of Contractor Personnel and compliance by Contractor Personnel with the requirements of this Agreement. Contractor acknowledges that Zeroth has no responsibility for reviewing or approving timesheets however Zeroth may review such timesheets for billing verification purposes only. Contractor agrees that Zeroth retains the right to refuse to accept Contractor Personnel made available by Contractor to perform Services hereunder.
