Standard payment terms are net-30 from invoice date; invoices are issued at the completion and acceptance of each defined payment milestone.

Milestones are defined explicitly in each SOW. Upon client sign-off of a milestone deliverable, Zeroth Agents issues an invoice. Payment is due 30 days from invoice date. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
