Contractor will submit invoices for time and expenses on a monthly basis and Zeroth shall make payment of undisputed amounts on each invoice within 40 days from receipt thereof so that payments are processed in a timely manner.

Contractor will submit invoices for time and expenses hereunder on a Monthly basis and Zeroth shall make payment of undisputed amounts on each invoice within 40 days from receipt thereof. Invoices will contain a list of the services provided to Zeroth’s clients and the total hours worked to perform those services which will adhere to the Statement of Work provided to Contractor. All Service Fees are payable in U.S. Dollars (unless otherwise specifically denoted by Zeroth).
