Unless pre-approved in writing, Contractor will furnish all materials, tools, and equipment used to provide the services required by this Agreement at Contractor's expense so that necessary resources are available for service delivery.

Unless pre-approved in writing, Contractor will furnish all materials, tools, and equipment used to provide the services required by this Agreement including but not limited to cell phone, internet connection, computer, printer, software, and office supplies at Contractors expense. Contractor shall provide Zeroth with the Services set forth in a SOW or otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties. All Services provided after the Effective Date hereof shall be subject to the terms of this Services Agreement unless the parties agree otherwise.
