Contractor will keep track of hours of services provided to Zeroth or to Zeroth’s clients and submit a timesheet to Zeroth on a weekly basis for all billable hours worked so that accurate billing can be maintained.

Contractor will keep track of hours of services provided to Zeroth or to Zeroth’s clients and submit a timesheet to Zeroth on a weekly basis for all billable hours worked pursuant to this Agreement during the preceding week. These timesheets will be used by Zeroth to reconcile to Contractor’s invoices as well as determine how much time to bill Zeroth’s clients for billable hours performed by Contractor. Instructions for submitting time sheets will be provided separately.
