For PYRANA SaaS platform agreements, client data and configurations remain the client's property at all times; Zeroth Agents provides a data export in standard JSON or CSV format within 30 days of contract end.

Data portability is a core commitment. Clients are never locked into PYRANA by lack of data access. The export includes all CXUs, metadata, set memberships, and configuration files sufficient to reconstruct the knowledge base on another platform.
