Changes to SOW scope are managed via a written Change Order (CO) process; no out-of-scope work begins until the CO is signed by both parties and a revised timeline is acknowledged.

The CO process protects against scope creep. Any request that modifies deliverables, timeline, or fees triggers a CO. Verbal approvals are not binding. A standard CO template is included in the SOW appendix.
