Zeroth encourages Contractor to obtain and maintain adequate insurance for obligations under this Agreement so that potential liabilities are covered.

Zeroth strongly encourages (but does not require) Contractor to obtain and maintain insurance adequate to cover Contractor’s obligations and potential liabilities under this Agreement. Contractor’s indemnification obligations under Section 'Indemnity' and any other indemnities in this Agreement survive and apply regardless of (a) whether Contractor obtains insurance or (b) whether any claim is covered by Zeroth’s insurer. Zeroth’s insurance does not extend to Contractor, Contractor’s employees, or contract personnel and confers no rights upon them.
