Acceptance of each deliverable is deemed given if the client does not provide written rejection with specific deficiencies within 10 business days of delivery.

Deemed acceptance prevents indefinite review cycles. Rejection must be specific — 'this does not meet requirement X in section Y of the TRD' is acceptable; general dissatisfaction without a referenced specification is not grounds for rejection.
