Total Build SOW value is $100,000 fixed-price. The milestone split (30/40/30) was structured to match Tolmar's budget cycles. Kickoff invoice was paid promptly. Mid-build invoice covers delivery of the core PYRANA tenant, extraction pipeline, and first 500 CXUs ingested.
