Zeroth’s insurance does not extend to Contractor, Contractor’s employees, or contract personnel so that they are aware of their lack of coverage under Zeroth’s policy.

Zeroth’s insurance does not extend to Contractor, Contractor’s employees, or contract personnel and confers no rights upon them. Contractor understands and agrees that Zeroth’s insurance does not extend to Contractor. Contractor’s indemnification obligations under Section 'Indemnity' and any other indemnities in this Agreement survive and apply regardless of whether any claim is covered by Zeroth’s insurer.
