Contractor must finish work under any active SOW upon premature termination unless the SOW is also terminated so that ongoing projects are completed.

Upon any premature termination of this Services Agreement, Contractor shall finish work under any active SOW unless SOW has also been terminated. This Services Agreement shall automatically terminate 30 days after receipt of such notice by the defaulting Party unless the defaulting Party cures such breach within such time period. Both Parties can terminate this agreement for convenience upon giving the other party 90 (ninety) days’ notice.
