Contractor agrees to promptly correct any Service and Deliverable not in conformance with the warranty if Zeroth gives written notice of nonconformance within thirty days so that Zeroth can ensure compliance with quality standards.

Contractor agrees, at its expense, to promptly correct any Service and any Deliverable not in conformance with this warranty provided Zeroth gives written notice of nonconformance to Contractor within thirty (30) days after the Services are performed or Deliverable is given to Zeroth. Contractor agrees to provide Zeroth a refund for the applicable Services if Contractor fails to remedy any non-conformance. Contractor agrees to promptly correct any Service and Deliverable not in conformance with the warranty.
