Contractor’s indemnification obligations survive regardless of insurance status or claim coverage by Zeroth’s insurer so that liability is maintained.

Contractor’s indemnification obligations under Section 'Indemnity' and any other indemnities in this Agreement survive and apply regardless of (a) whether Contractor obtains insurance or (b) whether any claim is covered by Zeroth’s insurer. Zeroth’s insurance does not extend to Contractor, Contractor’s employees, or contract personnel and confers no rights upon them. Zeroth strongly encourages (but does not require) Contractor to obtain and maintain insurance adequate to cover Contractor’s obligations and potential liabilities under this Agreement.
