All SOWs follow a three-phase structure: Discovery, Build, and Delivery — each phase has its own deliverables list, acceptance criteria, and payment milestone.

Discovery validates requirements and produces a technical specification. Build implements against that specification. Delivery covers stabilization, knowledge transfer, and go-live support. Each phase closes with a client sign-off milestone.
