Client-side delays that push the engagement timeline by more than 2 weeks (e.g., delayed access provisioning, unavailability of SMEs, deferred decisions) trigger a formal timeline adjustment and may result in a rebooking fee if Zeroth Agents capacity must be reallocated.

Small team capacity is finite. Extended client-side delays force Zeroth Agents to reallocate engineers to other projects. Rebooking fee (up to 10% of remaining SOW value) compensates for the cost of capacity disruption. This clause is disclosed at SOW signing and almost never invoked.
