Clients retain the right to audit Zeroth Agents' compliance with data handling, security, and confidentiality obligations with 15 business days' notice, no more than once per year, at client's expense.

Audit rights are standard for enterprise and regulated clients. The 15-day notice and once-per-year limitation protect Zeroth Agents from disruptive audit overreach. Alternative: clients may accept Zeroth Agents' SOC 2 Type II report in lieu of a direct audit.
