Upon premature termination of the Services Agreement, Contractor must finish work under any active Statement of Work (SOW) unless the SOW has also been terminated so that ongoing projects are completed.

Contractor shall promptly return to Zeroth, or at Zeroth’s option, certify to the destruction of, all proprietary or confidential information of Zeroth or Zeroth’s Customer held by Contractor.
