Either party can terminate the agreement for convenience by providing 90 days’ notice to the other party so that both parties have a clear exit strategy.

Both Parties can terminate this agreement for convenience upon giving the other party 90 (ninety) days’ notice. This agreement will become effective when signed by both parties and will terminate on the date a party terminates the Agreement as provided below. Each SOW shall remain in effect until the work authorized thereunder is completed or is earlier terminated as provided herein.
