Contractor shall provide Zeroth with the Services set forth in a SOW or otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties in consideration of Zeroth’s payment of the Service Fees when due so that the services are provided under agreed terms.

In consideration of Zeroth’s payment of the Service Fees when due, Contractor shall provide Zeroth with the Services set forth in a SOW or otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties. All Services provided after the Effective Date hereof shall be subject to the terms of this Services Agreement unless the parties agree otherwise. The rates specified in a given SOW shall apply only to such SOW.
