All engagements are covered by a mutual NDA executed as part of the MSA; the NDA has a 3-year term post-engagement and covers technical, financial, and business information.

The mutual NDA protects both parties. Zeroth Agents' IP, pricing, and client lists are confidential. Client data, business processes, and technical environments are confidential. The 3-year term is standard; clients requesting perpetual NDAs are evaluated case-by-case.
