Zeroth maintains commercially reasonable commercial general liability and errors-and-omissions insurance for its own operations but does not extend coverage to Contractor or its personnel so that Contractor understands the limitations of Zeroth's insurance.

Zeroth maintains commercially reasonable commercial general liability and, where applicable, errors-and-omissions insurance for its own operations. Zeroth’s insurance does not extend to Contractor, Contractor’s employees, or contract personnel and confers no rights upon them. Zeroth strongly encourages (but does not require) Contractor to obtain and maintain insurance adequate to cover Contractor’s obligations and potential liabilities under this Agreement.
