Zeroth’s insurance does not extend to Contractor, Contractor’s employees, or contract personnel under this Agreement so that they do not have rights conferred by Zeroth’s insurance.

Zeroth’s insurance does not extend to Contractor, Contractor’s employees, or contract personnel and confers no rights upon them. Zeroth strongly encourages (but does not require) Contractor to obtain and maintain insurance adequate to cover Contractor’s obligations and potential liabilities under this Agreement.
