Data handling terms require Zeroth Agents to process client data only as instructed under the SOW, maintain it in encrypted storage, and delete it within 30 days of engagement end unless otherwise agreed.

Zeroth Agents acts as a data processor, not a data controller, for client data. The MSA data handling addendum (DPA) maps to GDPR and CCPA processor obligations. Data deletion is certified in writing upon client request.
