The J&J SOW is currently in late-stage proposal, pending legal review of Zeroth Agents' MSA by J&J's procurement team; expected signing target is Q2 2026.

J&J procurement operates on a lengthy review cycle (8-12 weeks is normal for new vendors). The technical evaluation was completed positively. Legal is reviewing the liability cap and data handling addendum. Zeroth Agents has held the commercial terms firm on the red-line positions.
