All deliverables in a fixed-price SOW are defined by a specific, testable acceptance criterion; any deliverable without a measurable criterion is not included in the fixed price.

This rule prevents fixed-price scope creep. If a client stakeholder cannot articulate what 'done' looks like for a deliverable, it should be scoped as T&M or deferred to a later phase after discovery clarifies the requirement.
