Zeroth Agents may use client names and project descriptions as anonymized case studies and references unless the client requests a reference restriction in writing at contract signing.

Case studies are important for business development. Clients who require confidentiality of the engagement itself (not just data) must opt out at signing. Zeroth Agents will always obtain explicit written approval before using a client name in public-facing materials.
