Zeroth retains the right to refuse to accept Contractor Personnel provided by the Contractor and may request their removal for any lawful reason.

Contractor agrees that Zeroth retains the right to refuse to accept Contractor Personnel made available by Contractor to perform Services hereunder and may request the removal of Contractor Personnel from assignment under this Agreement, for any lawful reason at Zeroth’s sole and reasonable discretion. Contractor acknowledges that neither Contractor nor Contractor Personnel are insured under any Zeroth insurance policy. Contractor is responsible for the actions and inactions of Contractor Personnel.
