Build phase SOWs may be structured as either fixed-price (when scope is fully defined by TRD) or time-and-materials with a not-to-exceed cap, at client's election.

Zeroth Agents prefers fixed-price Build engagements when the TRD is complete and stable. T&M with NTE cap is offered when clients anticipate scope evolution or require flexibility to reprioritize features mid-build.
