Contractor must obtain and maintain insurance adequate to cover their obligations and potential liabilities under this Agreement so that they are protected against risks associated with their work.

Zeroth strongly encourages (but does not require) Contractor to obtain and maintain insurance adequate to cover Contractor’s obligations and potential liabilities under this Agreement. Contractor understands and agrees that Zeroth’s insurance does not extend to Contractor, Contractor’s employees, or contract personnel and confers no rights upon them. Contractor’s indemnification obligations under Section 'Indemnity' and any other indemnities in this Agreement survive and apply regardless of whether Contractor obtains insurance.
