Work product developed specifically for a client under a paid SOW (custom code, configurations, documentation) is assigned to the client upon payment in full.

Client-specific work product is owned by the client once all invoices are paid. However, Zeroth Agents retains ownership of all underlying platform IP, reusable libraries, frameworks, and the PYRANA platform itself.
