Contractor irrevocably assigns to Zeroth all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in all work product developed for this Agreement so that Zeroth holds ownership of the developed intellectual property.

Contractor hereby irrevocably assigns to Zeroth all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, title and interest in or pertaining to all work product developed by Contractor for the purposes of this Agreement. This includes all Deliverables created during the term of the Agreement. Zeroth will have full rights to use and modify the work product.
