This Agreement becomes effective when signed by both parties and terminates upon notice or completion of work under each SOW.

This agreement will become effective when signed by both parties and will terminate on the date a party terminates the Agreement as provided below. Each SOW shall remain in effect until the work authorized thereunder is completed or is earlier terminated as provided herein. Both Parties can terminate this agreement for convenience upon giving the other party 90 (ninety) days’ notice.
