Zeroth Agents, Inc. and EKA Technology, LLC entered into an Independent Contractor Agreement effective as of 10/24/2025 so that Contractor can perform work for Zeroth and/or Zeroth’s clients.

This Agreement is made between Zeroth Agents, Inc. ('Zeroth'), a Delaware Corporation and EKA Technology, LLC ('Contractor'). This agreement is effective as of 10/24/2025. Contractor will perform work for Zeroth and/or Zeroth’s clients described in this Independent Contractor Agreement and in any applicable Statement of Work(s) ('SOW') to be attached hereto.
