Contractor shall provide Zeroth with services in consideration of Zeroth’s payment of the Service Fees when due so that all services are subject to the terms of this Services Agreement.

In consideration of Zeroth’s payment of the Service Fees when due, Contractor shall provide Zeroth with the Services set forth in a SOW or otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties. All Services provided after the Effective Date hereof shall be subject to the terms of this Services Agreement unless the parties agree otherwise. The Services shall be provided at the Services Fees rates or at such rates as the parties may agree to separately in a SOW.
