Certain provisions of the Agreement survive termination, including obligations for payments accrued prior to termination so that financial responsibilities are upheld.

The Parties’ rights and obligations contained in Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 17 as well as any obligations to make payments of fees accrued or due hereunder prior to termination, shall survive any termination of this Services Agreement. Upon any premature termination of this Services Agreement, Contractor shall finish work under any active SOW unless SOW has also been terminated. This Services Agreement shall automatically terminate 30 days after receipt of such notice by the defaulting Party unless the defaulting Party cures such breach within such time period.
