Time-and-materials (T&M) engagements are billed at agreed hourly or daily rates, invoiced bi-weekly, with timesheets submitted to the client contact for approval before invoicing.

T&M billing requires transparency. Timesheets are submitted every two weeks and client approval (or deemed approval after 3 business days) triggers invoicing. T&M rates are specified in the SOW and may not be adjusted mid-engagement without a Change Order.
