Zeroth Agents' standard SOW includes a mutual non-solicitation clause preventing either party from recruiting the other's employees or contractors for 12 months following engagement end.

Non-solicitation is mutual and limited to the engagement team members specifically named in the SOW. It covers direct recruitment and facilitated introductions. It does not prevent either party from hiring someone who independently applies through a public job posting.
