Contractor irrevocably assigns all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights developed for the purposes of this Agreement to Zeroth so that Zeroth retains ownership of all work products.

Contractor hereby irrevocably assigns to Zeroth all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in or pertaining to all work product developed (including all Deliverables) by Contractor for the purposes of this Agreement. Contractor agrees to assist Zeroth in securing, maintaining and defending for Zeroth benefit such intellectual property rights for Deliverables.
