Patrick Industries billing is net-30 milestone-based; the Discovery SOW is fixed-price at $45,000, invoiced in two milestones: kickoff (40%) and TRD delivery/acceptance (60%).

The 40/60 split was negotiated given Patrick Industries' internal PO process takes 2-3 weeks. The kickoff invoice covers initial infrastructure setup and stakeholder interviews. TRD acceptance triggers the final payment.
